Background 

 
On 6th October 2022, Secure Enter completed another project that involved Palmiera Residence, which is located in Bandar Kinrara, Selangor area. Palmiera Residence is a leasehold landed housing estate that was developed by Mah Sing Group Bhd, which has handled a large-scale property developer that was listed in Bursa Malaysia. Mah Sing Group Bhd. has built over 87 property projects all over Malaysia. The area mostly accommodates Semi-Detached and Medium Room type of property which has attracted more customers gradually every year. Upon ranging from affordable to pricey that even some worth millions of property in the area, it is critical to take their safety and security into serious consideration according to the residence authority. Hence, they are seeking to find the best security system provider to solve this issue immaculately. 
 
The sole purpose of this project is to enhance the security system in the residence area. Our company has assisted the Palmiera Residence authorization by supplying, delivering, installing and delivering wireless cctv systems.

Challenges

 
Throughout the effort getting the project done, there are few challenges that were faced by our team. As per say, the uneven terrain causes difficulties to the team in terms of dynamically moving the equipment and tools from one place to another. Additionally, the towering lamppost makes it quite hard to get the job done as it influences the safeness of the employee. On top of that, due to the colossal height of trees has affected the progress wiring for CCTV installation of this project as well. This situation has increased the risk of injury to employees. The weather condition throughout getting the project done as well is highly inconsistent as it changes quite often due to the last quarter month of the year monsoon. To sum up, all of these challenges have affected the time consumption on completing this project as it slows down the progress of the project. Nevertheless, due to the professionalism and expertise our team has successfully overcome this situation tactfully.

What’s more, opened in 2003, the mall has already equipped with other brands’ products which are now still in use. So a qualified solution with good compatibility to ensure smooth running of the whole monitoring system is vital for forming an efficient safety shield.
